Install Recovery Console?

In the Run Box, type d:\i386\winnt32.exe /cmdcons where d is the drive letter for the CD-ROM drive. If you want to us the Recovery Console, then you can check out commands here.

If you want to run from XP-CD, then when the "Welcome to Setup" screen appears, press R to start the Recovery Console.
